Constant dirt bike activity up and down 158th st SE all night long every night. Unlicensed and kids not going to river, just back and forth down the road alot. I really don't want our names mentioned because we are friends of the parents, but they don't take charge since Mr. Henderson does not actually live at his home with his child. Since the father is not there to handle the situation, and does not realize the problem - what can we do to end the constant noise we have to endure every night? I don't want to make enemies with my neighbors and we have tried talking to the kids involved, but they don't listen. HELP!! Please reply to this message so we know what we need to do to handle this.
